I just love snails. 

When I was a kid I remember a particularly rainy day i put a whole bunch of them in a bucket and watched them slowlyyy crawl out. 

If a raindrop falls their little antenna they do a cute blink which i have tried to capture here but have been told it looks like a "sassy side eye." I'm happy with that too.

If I see a snail in my path i sometimes relocate them on a leaf nice and safe.

They are weird and wonderful looking creatures and remind me that it is ok to take things at my own pace. This painting is your reminder to be a sassy snail.
